- Spam & Unsolicited Communications: Using accounts for mass spamming, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harvesting personal information without consent.
- Resale Without Authorization: Reselling, redistributing, or transferring accounts obtained through our platform to third parties without our explicit written authorization.
- Platform Manipulation: Using accounts to artificially manipulate engagement metrics, fake reviews, inauthentic behavior, or circumvent platform detection systems.
- Sanctions Evasion: Using our Services to circumvent economic sanctions, export controls, or trade embargoes imposed by any government authority.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- You may request an order cancellation before processing has begun. If processing has not started, a full refund will be issued.
- Once processing has begun, cancellation requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
- Orders that have already been delivered cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
- Delivery Issues: If the delivered account does not match the order specifications, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, provided you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-Functional Accounts: If an account is found to be non-functional upon delivery through no fault of your own, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
- Duplicate Orders: Duplicate orders placed by mistake may be refunded if reported before processing begins.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts that have been successfully delivered and verified as matching the order specifications.
- Account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by the respective platform after delivery due to your actions or usage patterns.
- Loss of access due to failure to change default passwords, enable security features, or follow our post-delivery instructions.
- Changes in third-party platform policies, terms, or features that affect account functionality.
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ECOVCC.COM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at economicvcc@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ECOVCC.COM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
